Fault processing of vibration motor

1, the boot after the noise of the motor, such as fever, should check:

1) vibration mechanical and electrical foot contact surface roughness meets the installation requirements;

2) bolt tied it on tight;

3) host the vibration acceleration are consistent with requirements;

2, boot, the motor does not start, should check:

1) whether the lack of phase power;

2) whether the motor phase failure;

3) the protective cover is damaged and the friction of the eccentric block;

3, the adjustment of the eccentric block, amplitude anomaly, should check: both ends of the rotating shaft eccentric block whether symmetrical adjustment;

4, in the two vibrating motors work simultaneously vibration equipment, when the phase transitiondoes not meet the requirements, must be single tone phase sequence, not adjustable two vibrating motors general power phase sequence.

Installation, adjustment of flameproof vibration motor

Explosion proof type vibration motor should be solid and low mounted on vibration machine, not loose. Used for the first time, deal with anchor bolt to reinforce.

Rubber sheath soft cable vibration motor explosion-proof (rubber sleeve with outer diameter of 15mm) and is connected to a power supply wiring, the steps are as follows:

A. external wiring box clean, peel off part of the insulated cable.

B. discharge outlet gland, cable guide sleeve, a sealing ring, junction box.

C. outlet cable gland, guide sleeve, sealing ring on the cable, and then the electric cable core wireand the grounding wire are respectively connected to the terminal and the grounding screw, and note the exposed wire part not exposed on the outer arch type washer.

D. install the sealing ring, a guide sleeve, a pressing plate and cable wire junction box.

Should pay attention to protect the explosion-proof surface do not damage E. disassembly and assembly, the assembly should be coated 204-1 anti rust oil, flameproof surface shall be tightlypacked defence.

There is a natural drape should be between the fixed card cable in the junction box and no vibration, namely the cable length between the fixed card junction box to less vibration than the lineshould be long distance 400-700mm.
