Maintenance of the vibration motor

The step of adjusting the excitation force

The removal of the protective cover.

Unscrew the fastening bolts, the outer side of the eccentric block.

Both sides should learn the eccentric block to rotate in the same direction, so that the shaft reticlealignment eccentric block vibration force showing the value of exciting force line to the required value, and check whether the ends for the same angle.

Vertical vibration motor

The exciting force adjustment: remove the additional block compressing bolts, by increasing or decreasing the number of additional block to adjust the excitation force;

The protective cover, loosen fastening screws, remove the two ends of the protective cover;

Note: in addition to the special application, the two ends of the rotating shaft vibration motoreccentric block position must be correspondingly, at both ends of the eccentric block percentageset must be equal, otherwise the vibration motor will have a great wrong to the exciting force,vibration of mechanical damage to the motor.
