Cause and processing method of noise in operation of three phase asynchronous motor
The cause of the fault in the operation of three phase asynchronous motor is large:
1 rewinding changing pole number, slot mismatch;
2 rotor rub insulation paper or slot wedge;
3 bearing clearance is too small to wear, bearing failure;
4 fixed rotor iron core loose;
5 power supply voltage is too high or three phase unbalance;
6 stator winding fault;
7 winding faults (such as short circuit, etc.);
The 8 coil rewinding, no phase turns are not;
9 lack of grease;
10 fan touch air cover or air duct blockage;
11 air gap is not uniform, electric rotor phase rub.
Fault handling reason:
1 correction of the positive definite rotor slot;
2 insulation or maintenance slot wedge;
3 maintenance or replacement of new bearings;
4 fastening iron core punching piece or re pack;
5 check cause and process;
6 to use the instrument to check the processing;
