Three-phase asynchronous motor which maintenance project
(1) should be kept clean. Is water, oil and dust falling into the interior of the motor is not allowed; (2) the load current of the motor, is not allowed to exceed the rated value;(3) always check the oil ring bearing lubrication. In general the grease change before,the bearing and the bearing cover first cleaning with kerosene, then wash petrolclean. Grease the bearing capacity shall not exceed 70% of the content of product;(4) the sound and vibration of each part of the motor is normal, if that is not normal,should be timely inspection; (5) the part of the temperature of the motor is in line with the provisions; (6) if the cooling air motor by outdoor air pipeline is introduced, should pay attention to whether unobstructed, the connection is close, pipe valves are positioned correctly; (7) on the winding asynchronous motor brush without sparking phenomenon should be examined, such as spark found, should clean up the slip ringsurface with zero, emery cloth grinding slip ring, brush spring pressure correction. Thewinding motor, and shall contact and wear checking the brush; (8) check the chassis ground or zero connection is good.
